DG4 Life Helps Young Men & Women Get Ready For Life
DG4Life, Inc. operates as D.R.E.A.M. Girls & Distinguished Gentlemen. We are a non-profit organization designed specifically for male and female teens ages 12 through 18. This program was founded by Josie Martin in 1998 with the purpose of building character and training teenagers on social graces (etiquette), personal development, poise and charm, while valuing their commitment to abstain from sex, maintain a life of purity and chastity until marriage.

What Sets Us Apart
During the eight-month program, each student participates in classroom activities, community service, social events and mentoring. At the end of the training, qualified participants will receive awards and participate in a formal presentation ceremony. Each student will take a vow of chastity until marriage and receive a token of their commitment to celibacy.
In January 2004, the male component of the program, Distinguished Gentlemen, was developed by Ron Martin, Josie’s husband of over 30 years. Distinguished Gentlemen offers a similar program with instruction expressly meeting the needs of today’s teenage young men. We are located in Southern California serving Los Angeles and Orange County with training nationwide in Houston, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; Vicksburg Mississippi; Johannesburg, South Africa and other locations.
Ron and Josie Martin have been married for 45 years. They met at church and having an interest in fashion, began working on a fashion show produced by Ron. Through that business relationship, love entered and within 10 months, they married!
Following his passion for fashion and style, they opened a successful custom bridal business, A Love Story Bridal Showcase, in Palos Verdes and later moved to Baldwin Hills. Josie assisted with administration and began her joy as a Bridal/Event Planner. Ron, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Woodbury University in Interior Designer, presently works as a Home Stager for the real estate market.
Having a passion for youth, they founded DG4Life, Inc.: Dream Girls for teen girls and Distinguished Gentlemen for teen boys. While working with youth, their love of ministry was recognized, and they both became ordained ministers. DG4Life has grown to not only minister in the USA, but also in the townships of Johannesburg, South Africa where they been traveling annually for the past 25 years.
The Martin’s are residents of Los Angeles, California and have been blessed with one daughter and three adopted sons in South Africa. They have based their marriage on Proverbs 3:5-6.
