Hi, my name is Rayah Henderson, and I am a sixteen-year-old junior at Centennial High School. At Centennial, I am a part of the first ever girls Flag Football Team and the Sports Medicine Program, which specializes in athlete injury prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. I currently serve as the president for the UMOJA Club, which focuses on the African American Diaspora and offers AP classes that build community and understanding of black culture. I am an active LINK crew member as well, helping to curate a safe and healthy environment for freshmen on campus. My favorite subject has always been Language Arts because I am very passionate about writing. I don't have much free time, but when given the opportunity, I enjoy shopping, going to the beach, and spending time with the people I love.
Being a Dream Girl is important to me because it allows me to flourish as a young lady while navigating through life. It is a constant reminder to be graceful and carry myself with class as well as respect, while gaining friendships, life skills, and most importantly maintaining a growing relationship with God.
I am blessed to be apart of the Dream Girls Debutante Gala taking place in April, 2025. In order to prepare for the Gala, there will be a souvenir booklet which will give you the opportunity to offer me words of encouragement. My goal is $1000, which I am asking that you please help me meet. I thank you in advance for your support, sponsoring me and allowing me to achieve my goal. Invitations will soon follow and I hope you can join me on my special night.
With love,
Rayah Henderson
